Quietly minding my own business, working in my home, as I'd done for 2 decades and then one day... see this giant exhaust fan sitting directly on the roof? this is how it all started. Installed by Empire Biscuit , a 24 hr restaurant catering to breakfast, lunch, dinner and "drunk", just what the long time locals can't stand- their home being turned into the playground for the itinerant set. Well for me, the person who lives right below this monster, and works in my apartment, this is the start of the enduring hell I'm still dealing with, 12 years later, and it has degraded my life beyond what is imaginable to me and clearly others, as there is no paradigm for this. learn more here and please contribute if you can.
